While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels online, availability is not guaranteed. If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, our team will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Customers may choose to receive a refund for the unavailable item or proceed with a partially fulfilled shipment.
All orders are shipped through trusted third-party carriers including USPS and UPS. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure prior to completing your order.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except in cases involving damaged or defective merchandise.

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and using a trackable shipping service. Highest Standards is not liable for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
