SHIPPING
At the moment, we offer shipping to the U.S. only. Our items ship to anywhere in the U.S. Please be sure your delivery address is secure. Highest Standards is not responsible for packages after they are delivered to the requested address. Highest Standards shop will process your online order within 24-36 hours given all items are in stock. We strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone. Orders with sold out items will be refunded, or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled, per the customer’s wishes. Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS.
RETURNS
We currently do not process any returns. If there is a problem with your order. please email: hello@higheststandards.com with “Order # request” as the subject and attach your digital receipt. Upon receipt of your inquiry, we’ll review if your order qualifies for a full or partial price store credit. After 14 days, all sales are final. We will not accept any returns that have been mailed before contacting us
Please note: all shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. In the rare event that we approve a return, we recommend mailing your package with tracking and insuring the package. Highest Standards is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of discounted items.
