Both. Same-day delivery is available when windows are open, and you can schedule a delivery in advance when slots are available.
Daily, 12pm – 9pm EST, in 2-hour windows:

Same-day orders must be placed at least one hour before the final window. The latest same-day order time is 6pm.
A valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 or older — driver's license, state ID, passport or military ID. The name on the ID must match the person who placed the order.
Typically at your apartment door when building access permits; otherwise the lobby, building entrance, curbside or another safe designated meeting location. Drivers contact you before arrival.
The driver will attempt to contact you. If unreachable, your order returns to the dispensary and may be canceled or rescheduled. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
